I am a Senior Research Officer at the Centre for Microsimulation and Policy Analysis (CeMPA) at the Institute for Social and Economic Research (ISER), University of Essex. Previously, I worked as a researcher at the Center for Applied Public Economics (CAPE), UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles, where I obtained my PhD in Economics. I am also a member of the Center for Research in Economics (CEREC), the International Microsimulation Association (IMA), the European Economic Association (EEA), and the Canadian Economics Association (CEA).
In 2023/24 (fall), I visited the Department of Applied Economics at HEC Montréal.
My research is at the intersection of public and labour economics, with a focus on taxation, microsimulation modelling, and income inequalities. As personal interests, I am also fond of behavioural economics, economic history, and football economics.
